User Guide for Getting Started

If you are receiving News & Events emails, the website has your email address on file. Go to step A. Otherwise, skip the next two sections and go to section C.

A. Create a password for your email address.

  • Navigate to the website’s Login/Logout page https://naturelondon.ca/NL-Login
  • If you do not know (or yet have) the password for your email address, click the Forgot password link below. Follow the instructions. Please remember your password.
  • The first time that you log in, you must agree to the terms of use for Wild Apricot’s websites, mobile apps, and services. This is a standard software agreement.
  • Now that you have a password, you are ready for the next step.

B. Shop for a membership (after creating a password)

  • Navigate to the website’s Join/Renew page https://naturelondon.ca/Join-Us
  • Select one of the membership levels.
  • If necessary, add or correct the spelling of your name.
  • Add the names of family members later.
  • A phone number is optional.
  • Check the box for each email subscription you wish.
  • You can log in to view all online issues of The Cardinal at any time.
  • News & Events emails and Cardinal notices will provide a link to the latest issue.
  • To receive the printed version of The Cardinal by mail, check the next box and enter a mailing address.
  • Review and confirm before clicking “Manual payments” and “Invoice me”. The website does not support automatic online payments.
  • If you have a Family membership, you can add family members now or later.
  • The website emails you a brief email with your initial password.
  • Log out and log in again with the password.
  • Go to section D.

C. Shop for a membership (when your email address is not on file).

  • Navigate to the website’s Join/Renew page https://naturelondon.ca/Join-Us
  • Select one of the membership levels.
  • Add your name.
  • Add the names of family members later.
  • A phone number is optional.
  • Check the box for each email subscription you wish.
  • You can log in to view all online issues of The Cardinal at any time.
  • News & Events emails and Cardinal notices will provide a link to the latest issue.
  • To receive the printed version of The Cardinal by mail, check the next box and enter a mailing address.
  • Review and confirm before clicking “Invoice me”. The website does not support automatic online payments.

D. Pay for your membership.

  • The website emailed you an invoice with instructions on how to pay using e-transfer, PayPal, or cheque.
  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt.

Add family members.

  • Navigate to https://naturelondon.ca/Sys/Profile
  • Scroll down and click the “Add member” black button.
  • For each added member:
    • Enter a name and email address for any family members with unique email addresses. The website will ignore family members who do not have unique email addresses.
    • A phone number is optional.
    • Check any of the email subscription boxes. If no email address is provided, we will ignore email subscription choices.
    • We will ignore the mailing address information.
    • The website will email a password.
